25 and a half hours. (Yes, I am saddened by the fact that I'm counting down that much. But it didn't start until tonight, which is saying something for me.) SO excited. Tomorrow evening Mindi and I are going to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, then grabbing some dinner, and then heading to Books a Million to drink tea and wait for midnight. SUPER excited. I must finish Order of the Phoenix tonight/tomorrow morning.
Today I went shopping. I have discovered that I am, ironically, far more likely to spend money when I'm NOT working. Not a good thing, I feel. I got some sweet stuff on sale at Target. Including a pair of shoes I'd almost gotten before but had talked myself out of and then regretted. They had been marked down AGAIN! I so win. And some fun colored fishnets that had also been marked down twice and were less than a dollar a pair. There was also a fantastic Abbey Road shirt that is now mine, and I got a little surprise for Mindi. But I made up for the good deals later when I spent over twenty dollars on one liquid eyeliner and one eyeshadow. (I actually spent more on that makeup than on all of my Target stuff...) Oops!
And next Monday I start my week of babysitting. I need to call them tomorrow...
  • I know what you mean...

I tend to spend the most money when I have the least to spend. Somehow, for me, it's sort of cathartic (sp?).Oh, and Target is definately a weakness of mine. Luckily, the only one I know of is in Jersey, so I can't make it over there much.(it is only a short walk from the PATH train, though)

I think Target might own me. I just can't resist that place. I spend time in there just lusting after stuff or "visiting" stuff I want to get...
